Welcome to Balayage Blonde. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://www.balayageblonde.co/ and any services provided by Balayage Blonde.

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Appointment Booking

Appointments may be scheduled online through our third-party booking platform or, in limited circumstances, directly with Balayage Blonde via email or text message.

Appointments are not considered confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation.

Providing accurate and complete information during the booking process is your responsibility.

Payment & Reservation Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments.

Payment information is securely processed through our third-party booking and payment providers.

Services may be paid for online, in person, or as otherwise communicated at the time of booking.

By reserving an appointment, you authorize Balayage Blonde to charge your card for applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because appointments are limited and often booked well in advance, cancellations affect our ability to accommodate other clients.

  • 72 hours or more before your scheduled appointment: No cancellation fee.

  • Less than 72 hours but at least 48 hours before your appointment: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file.

  • 24 hours or less before your appointment, including same-day cancellations and no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.

Balayage Blonde reserves the right to refuse future appointments for repeated late cancellations or missed appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service in order to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

If there is not enough time to safely complete your scheduled service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

For Your Protection

Balayage Blonde follows professional procedures and takes every reasonable precaution while performing salon services to help prevent damage to clients' personal belongings.

Although protective capes and neck towels are provided, salon services involve professional hair color, lighteners, toners, treatments, and other chemical products that may inadvertently come into contact with clothing, jewelry, footwear, or personal accessories.

Clients are encouraged to use discretion when choosing clothing and personal items to wear or bring to their appointment.

Balayage Blonde is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal property, including but not limited to clothing, footwear, jewelry, handbags, electronic devices, or other personal belongings brought into the salon.

Service Consultations

Hair color and lightening services are customized for each individual.

Results vary based on factors including:

  • Hair history

  • Previous color treatments

  • Hair condition

  • Hair texture

  • Home care

  • Realistic expectations

While every effort is made to achieve your desired results safely, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Professional recommendations regarding multiple appointments, corrective color, treatments, or maintenance should be followed to help preserve the health and integrity of your hair.

Allergies & Medical Conditions

Clients are responsible for informing Balayage Blonde of any:

  • Allergies

  • Sensitivities

  • Medical conditions

  • Pregnancy

  • Medications

  • Previous reactions to hair color or chemical services

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect service outcomes and client safety.

Patch testing may be recommended or required before certain color services.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important.

If you have concerns about your service, please contact Balayage Blonde as soon as possible after your appointment so we have an opportunity to review your concerns and determine an appropriate resolution.

Corrective services may be offered at our sole discretion when appropriate.

Because salon services are personalized and performed at the time of your appointment, refunds are not provided for completed services.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards, promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing may be subject to separate terms, conditions, or expiration dates where permitted by law.

Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.

  • Interfere with website security or functionality.
